Andrew Armatas

Consultant & Coaching Psychologist – Founder Member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.

Andrew is an Australian-born executive coach and psychologist with a background experience in brief approaches to change, employee assistance programs (EAPs) and corporate mental health. Having coined and published the term ‘coaching hypnosis’ (2009), he is regarded as an international authority on the applications of mental training, and suggestive communication & self-regulation in corporate and coaching contexts.

A founding member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology and an adviser to the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine, his approach to change and methodology has allowed him to deliver training and coaching interventions to countries such as the UK, Austria, Romania, Italy, Russia, Germany, Iran and Bahrain. Andrew’s clients span many sectors including healthcare, retail, and banking and they have received awards as a result of his programs.

He is in an award-winning author, a conference speaker, a psychology/coaching book acquisition adviser and trainer. His forthcoming book “Brief Strategic Coaching” published by Open University Press is expected to be in print later this year.
